Dennis Arce is 64 year young, born in New York City and relocated with his family to San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1960. He studied Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico.Dennis has over 25 years of experience in Electronic Security System for Commercial, Industrial and Health Care Industry. He made his transition to Sarasota, Florida in 2007 and is presently working with a local companies in the Design, Sales & Installation of various types of Electronic Systems such as; INTRUSION, FIRE,CCTV & ACCESS CONTROL Systems. Dennis is married to Carmen Rosa and has two grown children and one grandson and a grand daughter who are living in Puerto Rico. Dennis is the Director of Membership and Public Relations

Larry Mendez
Jason P. Ramos was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  During his childhood and teenage years he studied at some of the most prestigious private schools in Puerto Rico, including Cupeyville School and Antilles Military Academy.  During those years, he actively participated in extracurricular activities including baseball, basketball, Tae Kwon Do, and in High School became a member of the Academy's Drill Team.  For his scholastic excellence he was made a member of the National Honor Society.  Mr. Ramos possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Sacred Heart University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico.  He is a newcomer to Florida.  Prior to moving to Florida, he worked for over four years in the San Juan law firm of O'Neill & Gilmore, where practiced in the areas of Immigration, Collections, and Creditor's Rights in Bankruptcy.  He currently works for the Sarasota law firm of GURLEY ¡ DRAMIS ¡ LAZO where he is pursuing a specialty practice in the areas of Surety/Construction Law and Bankruptcy Law.  He has joined the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Sarasota & Manatee looking forward to assisting the state Spanish Speaking Americans community in these areas of practice

    Director of Finances, Mr. Schollard is originally from Worcester, MA where he studied at Clark University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 1951. With the objective of dedicating his professional career to a role in international banking
he obtained a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, AZ in 1953. At Thunderbird he was recruited by the First National City Bank of New York which he joined in February 1953.  After completing an orientation period of six months at the head office in New York in September he was assigned to the bank's Buenos Aires branch for training purposes.
       After retiring as an Executive Vice President of Allied Bank International, a consortium bank owned 18 regional banks in the United States, in 1976, he became active in consultancy assignments from financial services organizations including the Agency for International Development (AID), the Interamericana Development Bank (IDB) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector financing affiliate of the World Bank.
       During his several years in New York he was active in several Latin American Chambers of  Commerce. In 1971 he was a founding member of the Puerto Rican American Chamber of Commerce in the United States, Inc., of which he served one term as President in 1973.          From 1995 until 2000 he was a senior official at the Corporación Andino de Fomento (CAF), headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela where he headed the Office of Risk Administration and was an Advisor to the Executive President.  Most recently he has been affiliated with a privately owned equity fund based in Bermuda.  Bill and his wife Roberta have been year round residents of Sarasota since 1997.
